Promptora Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Promptora iOS app (the teleprompter and recording app operated by the Promptora developer — "we", "us"). By using Promptora you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app; where these terms are more specific, these terms control between you and us.

1. The service

Promptora is a teleprompter and video recording app. It lets you write scripts (or generate them with the built-in AI Writer), read them from a scrolling teleprompter — optionally paced to your voice — record video, and export the result. Scripts and recordings are stored on your device; scripts can sync between your devices through your private iCloud. How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Free plan

The free plan includes:

10 video exports per calendar month, each carrying a small "Promptora" watermark;
a monthly AI Writer quota (currently 5 generations per month); your current allowance is always shown in the app.

Unused allowances do not carry over; counters reset at the start of each calendar month. We may adjust free-plan limits over time; the app always shows the limits that apply to you.

3. Promptora Pro subscriptions

Promptora Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, available monthly or yearly, purchased through the App Store.
Pro removes the export watermark and the monthly export limit (unlimited watermark-free exports) and includes a much larger monthly AI Writer quota (currently 200 generations per month).
7-day free trial: new subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple account when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the price shown in the App Store at purchase (or as updated in accordance with App Store rules).
Cancelling: manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your Apple account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Payments and refunds are handled entirely by Apple under Apple's terms; we never receive your payment details. Refund requests go through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).

4. AI features and acceptable use

The AI Writer sends the text you submit to our server, which uses OpenAI to generate the result (see the Privacy Policy). When using the AI features you agree not to:

generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes the rights of others;
generate deliberately deceptive content presented as fact (for example, impersonation or fabricated statements attributed to real people);
attempt to circumvent quotas, request signing, or device attestation, or to access the AI backend other than through the app;
use the service to build a competing dataset or to probe, overload, or disrupt the backend.

We may throttle or refuse AI requests that violate these rules, and quota limits apply as described above. AI features depend on third-party services and may occasionally be slow or unavailable.

5. Your content and AI output

You own your content. Your scripts and recordings are yours. We claim no rights over them; they are stored on your device (and, for scripts, in your private iCloud) and are not accessible to us.
AI output is provided as-is. Generated scripts may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it or publishing it, and for how you use it. To the extent we hold any rights in AI output delivered to you, we assign them to you; your use of that output must still comply with these terms and applicable law.
Similar or identical output may be generated for other users; no exclusivity is promised.

6. Disclaimers

Promptora is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI output will be accurate, or that iCloud sync will never lose data — keep your own backups of anything important. Nothing in this section limits warranties or rights that applicable consumer protection law grants you and that cannot be waived.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or content, arising from your use of the app. To the same extent, our total liability for all claims relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for Promptora in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted.

8. General terms

You must comply with the laws that apply to you when using the app, including when recording other people (obtain any consents that your local law requires).
We may modify or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature you have already paid for, Apple's refund policies apply.
These terms are governed by the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence where it applies; otherwise, disputes will be resolved in the courts competent for the developer's place of residence.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Material changes will be highlighted in the app's release notes; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Promptora Kullanım Koşulları

Bu koşullar, Promptora iOS uygulamasını (Promptora geliştiricisi tarafından işletilen teleprompter ve video kayıt uygulaması — "biz") kullanımınızı düzenler. Promptora'yı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Uygulamayı kullanımınıza ayrıca Apple'ın standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) de uygulanır; bu koşulların daha özel hüküm içerdiği durumlarda, sizinle bizim aramızda bu koşullar geçerlidir.

1. Hizmet

Promptora bir teleprompter ve video kayıt uygulamasıdır. Metin (senaryo) yazmanızı — veya yerleşik AI Yazar ile üretmenizi — bu metni kayan bir teleprompterdan, dilerseniz sesinize uyum sağlayan hızda okumanızı, video kaydetmenizi ve sonucu dışa aktarmanızı sağlar. Metinler ve kayıtlar cihazınızda saklanır; metinler özel iCloud alanınız üzerinden cihazlarınız arasında eşitlenebilir. Verilerinizin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır.

2. Ücretsiz plan

Ücretsiz plan şunları içerir:

Takvim ayı başına 10 video dışa aktarma; her biri küçük bir "Promptora" filigranı taşır;
aylık bir AI Yazar kotası (şu anda ayda 5 üretim); güncel hakkınız her zaman uygulamada gösterilir.

Kullanılmayan haklar sonraki aya devretmez; sayaçlar her takvim ayının başında sıfırlanır. Ücretsiz plan sınırlarını zaman içinde değiştirebiliriz; uygulama her zaman size uygulanan sınırları gösterir.

3. Promptora Pro abonelikleri

Promptora Pro, App Store üzerinden satın alınan, aylık veya yıllık seçenekleri bulunan otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir.
Pro; dışa aktarma filigranını ve aylık dışa aktarma sınırını kaldırır (sınırsız, filigransız dışa aktarma) ve çok daha büyük bir aylık AI Yazar kotası içerir (şu anda ayda 200 üretim).
7 günlük ücretsiz deneme: yeni aboneler 7 günlük ücretsiz deneme alır. Deneme bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezseniz, deneme sona erdiğinde ücret Apple hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Abonelik satın aldığınızda denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı geçersiz olur.
Otomatik yenileme: abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce otomatik yenileme kapatılmadıkça her dönemin sonunda otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, mevcut dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde, satın alma sırasında App Store'da gösterilen (veya App Store kurallarına uygun olarak güncellenen) fiyattan tahsil edilir.
İptal: aboneliğinizi dilediğiniz zaman iOS Ayarlar → Apple hesabınız → Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
Ödemeler ve iadeler tamamen Apple tarafından, Apple'ın koşulları kapsamında yürütülür; ödeme bilgilerinizi asla görmeyiz. İade talepleri Apple üzerinden yapılır (reportaproblem.apple.com).

4. Yapay zeka özellikleri ve kabul edilebilir kullanım

AI Yazar, gönderdiğiniz metni sunucumuza iletir; sunucu sonucu üretmek için OpenAI'yi kullanır (bkz. Gizlilik Politikası). Yapay zeka özelliklerini kullanırken şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

hukuka aykırı, karalayıcı, taciz edici veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik üretmek;
gerçekmiş gibi sunulan kasıtlı yanıltıcı içerik üretmek (örneğin kimliğe bürünme veya gerçek kişilere atfedilen uydurma ifadeler);
kotaları, istek imzalamayı veya cihaz doğrulamayı aşmaya çalışmak ya da yapay zeka arka ucuna uygulama dışında bir yolla erişmek;
hizmeti rakip bir veri kümesi oluşturmak için ya da arka ucu yoklamak, aşırı yüklemek veya aksatmak için kullanmak.

Bu kuralları ihlal eden yapay zeka isteklerini yavaşlatabilir veya reddedebiliriz; kota sınırları yukarıda açıklandığı gibi uygulanır. Yapay zeka özellikleri üçüncü taraf hizmetlere bağlıdır ve zaman zaman yavaş ya da kullanılamaz olabilir.

5. İçeriğiniz ve yapay zeka çıktısı

İçeriğiniz size aittir. Metinleriniz ve kayıtlarınız sizindir. Üzerlerinde hiçbir hak iddia etmeyiz; cihazınızda (metinler ayrıca özel iCloud alanınızda) saklanırlar ve bizim erişimimize kapalıdırlar.
Yapay zeka çıktısı olduğu gibi sunulur. Üretilen metinler hatalı, eksik veya amacınıza uygun olmayabilir. Yapay zeka çıktısını kullanmadan veya yayımlamadan önce gözden geçirmekten ve onu nasıl kullandığınızdan siz sorumlusunuz. Size sunulan yapay zeka çıktısı üzerinde herhangi bir hakkımız bulunduğu ölçüde bu hakları size devrederiz; bu çıktıyı kullanımınız yine de bu koşullara ve yürürlükteki hukuka uygun olmalıdır.
Benzer veya aynı çıktılar başka kullanıcılar için de üretilebilir; münhasırlık vaat edilmez.

6. Sorumluluk reddi

Promptora, açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti olmaksızın — belirli bir amaca uygunluk ve hak ihlali bulunmaması dahil — "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekliyle" sunulur. Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını, yapay zeka çıktısının doğru olacağını veya iCloud eşitlemesinin hiçbir zaman veri kaybetmeyeceğini garanti etmeyiz — önemli olan her şeyin kendi yedeğini alın. Bu bölümdeki hiçbir hüküm, yürürlükteki tüketici koruma hukukunun size tanıdığı ve feragat edilemeyen garanti ve hakları sınırlamaz.

7. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde; uygulamayı kullanımınızdan doğan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuçsal zararlardan ya da veri, kâr veya içerik kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Aynı ölçüde, uygulamayla ilgili tüm talepler için toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebin doğmasından önceki 12 ay içinde Promptora için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Bazı hukuk düzenleri belirli sınırlamalara izin vermez; bu durumlarda sorumluluğumuz izin verilen en dar ölçüde sınırlandırılır.

8. Genel hükümler

Uygulamayı kullanırken size uygulanan yasalara uymalısınız; başka kişileri kaydederken de bu geçerlidir (yerel hukukunuzun gerektirdiği izinleri alın).
Özellikleri değiştirebilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Ücretini ödediğiniz bir özelliği sonlandırırsak Apple'ın iade politikaları uygulanır.
Bu koşullara, uygulandığı ölçüde ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma hukuku uygulanır; aksi halde uyuşmazlıklar, geliştiricinin ikamet yerindeki yetkili mahkemelerde çözülür.
Bu koşulların herhangi bir hükmünün geçersiz sayılması halinde kalan hükümler yürürlükte kalır.

9. Bu koşullardaki değişiklikler

Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi geçerli sürümü gösterir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulamanın sürüm notlarında belirtilir; bir değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
